To empower individuals and families with the knowledge, resources and tools to live a healthy, chemical free, sustainable life by transforming the Food we eat, the Home we make, and the Land we occupy.

headshotNicole Bentivegna has a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is an Obesity Medicine Specialist with the Obesity Medicine Association (formerly American Society of Bariatric Physicians) and a Diplomate with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners. Nicole has been working as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner for almost 10 years. Her experience and expertise in both conventional medicine and alternative therapies make her a well-rounded clinician offering advice and recommendations from both sides of the table.

“I’m a nurse, a wife and the proud mother of two. My love and concern for my family and friends has driven me to develop a program that will empower my clients to live a life of ‘health care’ instead of ‘sick care.’ I truly believe that people can transform their lives, and the lives of future generations, by learning to eat and live a clean and chemical free life.”

Nicole spends her leisure time cooking and baking new clean recipes and watching American Ninja Warrior with her family. She has traded in her long distance running shoes for shorter runs with her son Andrew (age 9) and daughter Carly (age 6) as well as improving her tennis game with her husband Charles (age – 39 forever!).

As founder of The KUHL Program, Nicole sees clients one-on-one, delivering customized programs on how to live a healthy, clean, and chemical free KUHL Life.
